Apart from being drawn to the product’s efficacy as seen in his family and his own health, he was awe-struck by the camaraderie shown by everyone in the team of which he had never experienced before in previous occupations.
He believes that a good leader should treat others sincerely, stepping into the shoes of others to understand them better with empathy and that understanding will help guide their actions in the right way, nurturing them into a person with integrity. When one becomes a “right” person, one can inspire others to live it too.
