Having been in other direct selling company for more than 3 decades, he had already achieved a certain level of accomplishments, but as time went on, he hit a plateau due to the limitation in their plan and reward system. Upon being introduced to RIWAY, he spared no effort to thoroughly analyze and understand RIWAY before firmly and boldly deciding to restart from scratch; as he saw limitless potential in a fast-growing enterprise.
He rekindled his flame for learning in RIWAY and truly appreciates the various forms of trainings and events provided here; motivating him and his teammates at every step of the way.
