To quote Ralph Waldo Emerson, “The mind, once stretched by a new idea, never returns to its original dimensions.” And that was our intention of gathering RIWAY’s Team Elite Pegasus leaders for our “Top Leaders Meeting” this time to Ningxia, to broaden our minds, grow new experiences and gain new perspectives, whilst taking in the incredible beauty of this unique landscape and culture-rich place.
Experiencing different cultures allow us to take a step back and think, reminding us that our lives are not set in stone, and we have the power to change, learn and adapt. Just like our Team Elite Pegasus leaders who joined us for this meeting, have you strived your best to be RIWAY’s top or have you allowed yourself to fall behind?
Since half of 2018 has already passed, it was the perfect chance for everyone to refresh and recharge, align our goals and amass more power to surge on ahead the last leg of 2018, breaking through barriers and create greater milestones for RIWAY’s 10th Anniversary!
