2019 Second Quarter “Leadership Training Seminar”

RIWAY International’s Senior Directors Claudia Ong, Dato’ Kenny Wong and Ivy See, together with other experienced leaders Team Elite Pegasus VII Andy Saw and Team Elite Pegasus VI David Yeo came together and gave Singapore a grand “Leadership Training Seminar” which combined education and self-reflection.

RIWAY Singapore and RIWAY Malaysia have always been close companions like brothers as shown though this “Leadership Training Seminar” where it consisted of Singapore and Malaysia’s Core Management Team and leaders. These 2 regions have been supporting and motivating each other for many years and they are also friendly opponents who compete with each other but are also mentors and friends who grew alongside each other. We are blessed to witness and welcome the 11th Anniversary Gala Dinner together and this is the final outcome of these learnings and trainings. RIWAY Taiwan celebrated its “7th Anniversary Gala Dinner” and it was a celebration filled with great significance and inspiration for the leaders to go even higher and further.

And it is also at this crucial juncture that the 2019 second quarter’s “Leadership Training Seminar” which was filled with positive energy and sharings was held and led by General Manager of Taiwan, Ted Tan together with 3 other leaders at the Kaohsiung “Leadership Training Seminar”. On the day of the seminar, Chief Executive Officer Mr Lim Boon Hong was not just one of the speakers but it was also the only seminar where he spoke at for this quarter; thus the attendees of this seminar were indeed fortunate to be able to witness his sharing, and with his vast direct selling experience and unique insights of the market, it was definitely a day of immense rewards and achievements for them.

2019 is a very significant year to RIWAY Thailand, this year the first Team Elite Pegasus emerged, at the same time, General Manager, Thailand Taizhen Lee took over the position of General Manager at the beginning of the year.
