Bravado is an often-used trick, whether in one’s workplace, personal life, or competition between companies. In the direct marketing industry, many companies assume grand appearances through its publicity, and although this can achieve benefits in the short term, it is not sustainable in the long term! A company is able to sustain itself in the long run due to its strong solid foundation.
Held in PWTC on August 4, RIWAY organized a Leadership Training Meeting with the theme “No Bravado, Only True Worth”, where participants learnt from the leaders’ powerful personal experiences and understood RIWAY’s real capabilities, and that it was not just about making grand appearances .
