As he fought for Team Elite Pegasus, he realized that his life had become more meaningful by always thinking of ways to help people; he finds that the more you help others, the more you’ll be helping yourself!

Team Elite Pegasus Jayden Ng understood the value of time earlier than most of his peers thus he consciously spends his time wisely, focusing on his priorities instead of being distracted by activities that do not yield any productivity.

He knows that success must begin from oneself, so one must take action when you have a dream. With his strong conviction and determination, his next goal is to be a leading international leader in both the English and Mandarin speaking markets in RIWAY!

He achieved success from a strong desire to become the family’s pride. He reckons that one is not likely able to find another more comprehensive and trustworthy platform out there for developing one’s career development, in comparison to RIWAY.

Joining RIWAY was his life’s major turning point and an important moment, as he learnt to be a leader in leading his team, and along with more team mates placing their trust in him, his sense of responsibility and accomplishment increases correspondingly; thus, he firmly holds true to the belief that once one stops learning, there will not be any further progress.

Team Elite Pegasus Wei Yin Fang is someone who does not easily accept new things, but she will persevere in it once she does. Team Elite Pegasus Oliver Tan underwent higher education, with a thirst for knowledge and a never say die character. He understands nutritional supplements, and as such, only those products with a high efficacy can manage to convince him. Growing up in a poor family condition, he worked in various jobs but could never change the family’s tight financial situation for the better, all these was until he joined RIWAY International, where it gave him a vision, a direction and a tireless energy for continuous improvement, until he arrived at where he is today.

He used this platform called RIWAY to brighten his future, as proud as he is of his results today, he hopes even more that his team can continue to grow bigger everyday so that they may overcome new challenges at an even faster pace.

Team Elite Pegasus Amanda Ng manages her RIWAY career with a sincere heart, and she was never once discouraged even when it took two years for her to convince some of her friends to use the products, she held the belief that, “As long as he does not refuse, there is still hope.” And because of her unyielding spirit, she has achieved her current achievements.

Self-confessing that she used to have a stubborn temperament, her personality changed upon joining RIWAY, where she will consider alternative perspectives whenever she tackle any problem.

Even after achieving Team Elite Pegasus, he does not overlook the fact that one must keep learning with a humble heart. He feels that accepting the views about himself from others, is similar to looking at yourself in the mirror, always self-reflecting to prevent yourself from making any mistakes.

After she understood the efficacies of RIWAY International’s product, she gave all her effort into promoting and introducing the product even though she used to detest direct selling. Through all the challenges and setbacks during the process, she never once gave up because she was more concerned that even more people can benefit from the product.

She commented that if you feel what you’re doing is right, then don’t be afraid to try it; as long as you persist in RIWAY, you will definitely arrive at your desired destination.
