RIWAY International has always placed great importance on education and improving ourselves, but a unique fact about our learning journey is that we have never hired trainers from the outside. The reason for this is simple; we believe in training our very own trainers to share and impart their experiences and knowledge of having gone through the same journey – our leaders.
With more than 600 Pegasus leaders trained personally by our RIWAY International Chief Executive Officer Mr Lim Boon Hong in 1 of the most vital training seminars that is bound to bring about a huge wave in the market, these leaders shouldered the great responsibility of not just learning but also duplicating and imparting it to the entire of RIWAY.
This is us conquering ourselves; this is us conquering the world.
